Job Description

The Senior Manager, Regulatory Compliance is a critical leader and subject matter expert responsible for ensuring our products meet evolving regulatory and safety standards across North America. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide compliance strategy and partner across diverse teams to bring safe, compliant products to market.

What you will be doing:
  • Monitor and interpret U.S. and Canadian product compliance regulations and translate into business guidance
  • Lead compliance strategies across product categories and enterprise initiatives
  • Establish scalable compliance processes and training
  • Partner cross-functionally to integrate compliance across the product lifecycle
  • Drive product safety and risk management initiatives
  • Oversee regulatory reporting programs and audit readiness
  • Implement process and technology improvements for reporting efficiency
  • Manage third-party compliance partners and vendors

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting.
