Full Job Description
In this role, you will own the product vision and roadmap for under-the-roof quality-driving evaluation accuracy, sellable yield, and customer trust across Amazon's global Reverse Logistics network. You will define the "what" and "why" by translating complex operational challenges into clear product requirements, prioritized backlogs, and measurable outcomes. Working at the intersection of operations, technology, and business, you will identify customer and seller pain points, leverage data to size opportunities, and partner with engineering to deliver scalable solutions that improve quality metrics and reduce concessions. You will set the long-term product strategy while shipping iterative improvements, and influence cross-functional stakeholders from front-line associates to VP-level leaders.

Key job responsibilities

- Define and own the product vision & roadmap for under-the-roof Advanced programs and own performance across the global Reverse Logistics network

- Translate operational and customer pain points into product and program requirements by conducting deep dives, analyzing data, and working backward from desired outcomes

- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, making crisp trade-offs between Amazon recovery, seller recovery, and customer trust

- Partner with cross functional engineering, data science, and applied science teams to design and deliver scalable, technology-driven solutions (e.g., fraud detection models) that raise detection rates.

- Define success metrics and KPIs; instrument programs to measure impact and iterate.

- Influence senior leadership by presenting strategy, roadmap progress, and results in WBR, MBR, and QBR forums.

- Drive cross-functional alignment with ReLo Operations, ACES, RCX, and BRP teams to launch new product initiatives that improve recovery while reducing concessions

- Champion a culture of experimentation, A/B tests, pilots, and proof-of-concepts to validate hypotheses before scaling

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 12+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

- 6+ years of team management experience

- Bachelor's degree

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience driving collaborative projects from conception to delivery, or experience with training and deploying machine learning systems to solve large-scale optimizations

- Experience communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs

- Master's degree or above in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing

- Experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions

- Experience programmatically testing products, measuring test coverage, developing the best automation, driving testability and diagnostic

- Experience managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously and driving goals to completion

- Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
