The Optics Consolidated Manufacturing Center (OCMC) is a fast paced and vibrant factory that innovates, fabricates, coats, assembles, and integrates high precision Electro-Optical/Infrared (EO/IR) components, assemblies, and systems. OCMC accounts for $100M+ in annual sales with 90+ employees. We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to oversee the Product Management organization in Richardson, Texas.
The OCMC Product Manager Leader will manage a team responsible for growing and executing the OCMC portfolio of programs. Product Management is accountable to ensure quality, schedule, and cost commitments are met through continuous improvement with a focus on risk and opportunity management.
What You Will Do:- Demonstrate strong leadership, business acumen, communication skills, and the ability to balance customer commitments with operational excellence in a demanding high mix environment.
- Develop and lead a high performing Product Management team that drives customer satisfaction; ensures quality, schedule, and financial performance; and coordinates cross-functional alignment.
- Partner collaboratively with key personnel in Program Operations Management, Program Management Offices, and Supply Chain to align factory execution plans to their requirements and drive OCMC growth.
- Own and organize the OCMC business portfolio by monitoring and communicating its health regarding demand, schedule, quality, and quality.
Qualifications You Must Have:- Typically requires A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years' experience.
- Demonstrated experience in program management, production control, or manufacturing operations in a team environment.
- Experience driving financial performance, cost reduction, staffing, and budgeting.
- Experience leading daily team operations and/or comparable leadership experience.
- Experience in Six Sigma, CORE, Lean Manufacturing processes, diagnostics, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications We Prefer:- Desired Education: Master's degree in business management, program management, or engineering.
- Experience leading in Aerospace & Defense manufacturing environment.
- U.S. government issued security clearance is preferred prior to start date with the ability to obtain higher clearance as needed.
- Experience in a precision optics manufacturing environment
- Experience in SAP and other business systems, including shop floor data systems.
- Raytheon PM Certification / PMP Certification / EVMS Certification

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
