Full Job Description
This role requires working on-site five days per week at our Bellevue, WA (strongly preferred) or Frisco, TX office. Remote and hybrid work arrangements are not available for this position. T-Mobile is unable to sponsor a work visa for this role.

Job Overview
This role leads negotiation and deal strategy for T-Mobile's network site leasing and vendor agreements. You'll be the primary negotiator on complex commercial contracts, working directly with landlords, carriers, and suppliers to structure deals that save money and support the network's growth. We're looking for someone who can walk into a negotiation, understand the financial and legal levers, and drive a strong outcome, regardless of what industry that experience comes from. Backgrounds in commercial real estate leasing, facilities, retail leasing, or telecom are all a strong fit. You'll lead a team and work closely with internal stakeholders across the business to keep deals moving and aligned with company goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead negotiations on site leasing, vendor, and supplier agreements, structuring terms that reduce cost and reduce risk
  • Own the deal process end to end, from initial terms through contract execution
  • Build and maintain relationships with landlords, carriers, and suppliers to support long-term deal quality and reliability
  • Set negotiation and portfolio strategy that ties directly to financial targets and business goals
  • Guide and develop a team of negotiators/procurement professionals
  • Bring new insights and better practices into how deals get sourced and structured
  • Keep contracts and deal terms aligned with internal policy and external regulation
  • Partner regularly with senior stakeholders across the business to keep negotiation strategy aligned with company priorities

Required Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
  • Relevant areas of study include Business, Finance, Real Estate, Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field

Experience:

  • 7+ years negotiating and structuring complex commercial agreements, such as leasing, real estate, or supplier contracts, in any industry
  • 7+ years building and executing deal or portfolio strategies that deliver measurable financial results

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong, confident negotiator who can hold their own across the table with landlords, carriers, or suppliers
  • Strong financial modeling skills, able to build the numbers behind a negotiation
  • Able to build strategy that connects individual deals to broader financial goals
  • Clear communicator who can work across legal, finance, and business teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience negotiating site leases, real estate agreements, or telecom infrastructure contracts
  • Background managing a team or mentoring junior negotiators
  • Experience in the technology or wireless industry
  • Comfortable using AI or automation tools to support procurement and negotiation work
  • Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), APICS
  • Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), ISM
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

The base salary for this role varies by location and reflects local market rates:

  • Bellevue, WA $167,500 – $226,600

  • Frisco, TX $148,900 – $201,400

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $154,560 - $278,880

National Base Pay Range: $128,800 - $232,400

The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity represents the expected total cash compensation for this role at target performance, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results. 

The base pay range reflects the compensation component of this opportunity. The candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
