What You'll Do

The Sr. Manager of Process Improvement leads and supports high-priority strategic initiatives and performance improvement efforts across the organization. This role partners with senior and executive leaders to translate organizational priorities into actionable plans, improve operational performance, and drive accountability for results. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Spearhead execution of high-priority strategic initiatives through establishing clear goals, actionable plans, workstreams, milestones, and measurable outcomes
  • Performance Management: Develop and maintain key performance indicators, scorecards, and processes that measure progress against organizational goals
  • Executive Reporting and Accountability: Prepare decision-oriented reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior and executive leadership, improving the quality and effectiveness of performance discussions
  • Process and Operational Improvement: Apply systems thinking, structured problem-solving, analytics, and continuous-improvement methodologies to strengthen performance, simplify processes, and improve operational effectiveness
  • Technology and Business Intelligence: Partner with business and technology leaders to optimize the use of data, reporting tools, and business intelligence capabilities, ensuring that leaders have timely, reliable information to support decisions
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships across functions and levels of the organization to align stakeholders, resolve barriers, manage change, and drive execution of shared priorities

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bachelor's degree (required), preferably in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • Three (3) to six (6) years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, operations, performance improvement, analytics, or a related field
  • Strategic, analytical thinker who understands the factors that influence business performance and can evaluate complex information, identify opportunities and risks, and translate key insights into practical recommendations.
  • Excellent communicator and connector who's able to build strong relationships, navigate sensitive situations, and consistently maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Results-oriented planner and executor who can manage detailed projects, anticipate barriers, and create structure and clarity around multifaceted topics.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution and delivering measurable results (Six Sigma, Lean, Agile experience is a bonus).
  • Flexibility to travel up to 30% of the time, building alignment among stakeholders and supporting organizational change.
