Full Job Description
The Sr. Manager of Evaluation & Reporting plays a critical role in developing, completing, and implementing, effective evaluation strategies for the Line of Service (LOS) and organization level, including, but not limited to, annual and multi-year plans, quarterly reports, and key performance indicators. The position manages, coordinates, and collaborates with LSS leaders and LOS team members on evaluation models and reporting. The position will play a key role in developing internal and external evaluation reports to demonstrate success of outcomes across various strategy plans.

Pay:
  • Annual Salary of $87,000

Job requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human services, management, related field OR relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in nonprofit (social/human services preferred) with a proven track record of success required.
  • Experience of both qualitative and quantitative evaluation techniques is preferred.
  • Experience in evaluation design and implementation or reporting preferred.
  • Experience analyzing, interpreting, and presenting complex data and metrics to a variety of audiences.
  • Excellent organization, project management, and time management skills required.
  • Ability to work and prioritize independently according to a demanding, fast-paced, deadline-driven production schedule.
  • Strong computer proficiency with excellent command of Microsoft 365, and SharePoint; Power BI experience a plus.
  • Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, presentation, and persuasive communications skills; excellent research capabilities.
  • Extreme attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
  • Ability to discern and implement a time-efficient project approach based on knowledge of various staff working styles (statewide and across lines of service).
  • Ability to work with key personnel at all levels within the organization.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal relationship building skills are key.
  • Excellent initiative taker and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with the diverse services LSS provides.
