Position Summary:
This individual will lead the U.S. launch and early adoption of the Juveena Hydrogel System, translating commercial strategy into launch execution, field enablement, and customer engagement. The role is also the primary commercial voice into upstream product development, partnering with R&D to define enhancements to Juveena and new products for our hydrogel platform. This is an individual-contributor role that partners closely with sales, R&D, medical affairs, market access, regulatory, quality, and clinical to ensure the field and our customers have what they need to adopt Juveena confidently and compliantly. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment, is comfortable wearing multiple hats, and brings experience in or strong familiarity with the minimally invasive gynecology (MIGS) community or an adjacent procedural medical-device market.

Job Responsibilities:

Launch execution & downstream marketing
  • Own and execute the downstream commercial launch plan for Juveena, including tactical campaigns and pull-through programs that drive awareness, trial, adoption, and repeat utilization across target accounts.
  • Build and maintain the field marketing toolkit (sell sheets, procedural guides, patient education, digital and congress materials, competitive tools) and own the customer-facing content lifecycle through medical, legal, and regulatory review.
  • Lead marketing strategy for priority society meetings and congresses, track launch KPIs, and translate commercial objectives and field feedback into marketing priorities.

Sales enablement & field support
  • Support and deliver sales training content, and serve as a day-to-day product expert and first point of contact for the field.
  • Equip sales with objection handling, competitive positioning, and account-level playbooks that shorten the path to adoption.
  • Participate in priority field visits and early launch cases to support surgeon onboarding, and continuously refine sales tools and training based on field feedback and launch performance.

Surgeon, KOL & customer engagement
  • Manage relationships with surgeon key opinion leaders and build peer-to-peer, preceptorship, and advisory programs; plan and execute society, congress, and tradeshow presence, including AAGL and ASRM.
  • Coordinate clinical and procedural education with R&D, medical affairs, clinical and regulatory.
  • Capture voice-of-customer and field insight to inform positioning, claims, and future product development.
  • Partner with market access on reimbursement pull-through, and maintain strict compliance discipline across all product communications, consistent with approved labeling.

Upstream Collaboration & Product Development
  • Serve as the commercial link to R&D, translating customer and market insight into product-enhancement and new-product requirements, and representing the commercial and field perspective in design reviews and stage-gate milestones.
  • Support the business case for new product concepts - market sizing, competitive assessment, and pricing and reimbursement input - in partnership with R&D, medical affairs, clinical, regulatory and quality.

Qualifications:
  • Seven or more years of progressive commercial experience in the medical-device industry, including downstream product marketing, product management, or commercialization; exceptional candidates with fewer years and directly relevant launch experience will also be considered.
  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field), or equivalent experience.
  • MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Demonstrated success supporting or leading a U.S. medical-device product launch, including sales enablement and physician or KOL engagement.
  • Familiarity with the minimally invasive gynecology (MIGS) community, or closely adjacent women's health, OB/GYN, or surgical specialty experience.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment with shifting priorities.
  • Prior experience in an operating room or cadaver lab setting.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Preferred:
  • Field sales experience, existing AAGL/ASRM relationships, or experience commercializing a Class II or Class III device or a pre-commercial-to-commercial transition.
  • Experience in an early-stage medical-device company, including working across medical, clinical, regulatory and legal review processes for promotional materials.
  • Experience partnering with R&D, engineering, or product development teams to translate market and customer insight into product requirements.
