The Sr Manager Marketing, Offer and Fulfillment Ops is responsible for leading marketing operations initiatives and managing a team of professionals to deliver measurable business impact. This role focuses on building advanced operating and governance models, aligning channel strategies, and orchestrating GTM delivery and fulfillment that compliantly drive growth and member engagement. The individual oversees operational systems that empower data-driven decisions. Additionally, the Sr Manager Marketing, Offer and Fulfillment Ops ensures alignment with organizational objectives through effective resource planning, budget oversight, and collaboration with senior leadership. annually. IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE:
As the Sr Manager Marketing, Offer and Fulfillment Operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling the operational foundation that powers BECU’s marketing efforts. You’ll lead the development of governance models, workflow processes, and fulfillment strategies that help deliver compliant, accurate, and impactful member experiences. Working across marketing, compliance, risk, data, and product teams, you’ll bring structure to complex initiatives, drive organizational alignment, and influence enterprise-wide adoption of new capabilities. Your leadership will help establish and optimize marketing operations practices while enabling faster execution, stronger governance, and measurable business outcomes. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Operating Model Implementation: Lead the adoption and continuous improvement of tech-enabled marketing operating models that enhance efficiency, governance, performance, and member engagement.
• Offer Management: Define and implement end-to-end offer management and fulfillment practices that support organizational goals, ensure operational readiness, and improve the effectiveness of marketing programs.
• Workflow & Process Optimization: Build scalable, auditable processes and operational workflows that support campaign execution, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration across the enterprise.
• Forecasting & Business Planning: Oversee forecasting activities that provide actionable insights into marketing performance, business outcomes, and strategic investment decisions.
• Analytics & Performance Measurement: Conduct ROI analyses, evaluate program effectiveness, and translate insights into recommendations that improve efficiency, execution, and results.
• Cross-Functional Influence: Partner closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across marketing, compliance, risk, data, and product functions to align priorities, establish governance, and drive successful execution.
• Effective Communication: Develop and deliver impactful presentations across stakeholder groups that effectively communicate strategies, recommendations, operational roadmaps, and business outcomes.
• People Leadership: Coach, mentor, and develop team members while supporting a culture of accountability, innovation, continuous learning, and operational excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications, or equivalent work or education-related experience.
• 5 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing program management, martech or a related role.
• 3 years of demonstrated ability to lead teams and set direction.
Desired Qualifications:
• Executive presentation experience and ability to effectively communicate strategies for alignment and adoption.
• Experience producing outcomes within a highly regulated industry.
• Implementation experience with Digital Asset Management best practices and tools (e.g. Aprimo, Bynder, Workfront), knowledge management programs, and offer management/fulfillment systems (especially Naehas)..
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives.
• Experience with change management and building momentum amongst cross-functional teams for project delivery, adoption, and iterative improvements.
• Excellent data management and analytics capabilities to parse system process data for trends, audit events, and cycle times.
• Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional collaboration, influence, and negotiation.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to conduct advanced analytics, competitive benchmarking, and strategic planning.
• Advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
