Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading the creative development and execution of marketing, sales enablement, and communications assets that support business objectives and enhance the customer experience. The position serves as a strategic creative partner, translating complex concepts into compelling visual stories while ensuring consistency with Comcast Business brand standards. Working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and business stakeholders, this role drives high-quality creative solutions that strengthen brand presence, support go-to-market initiatives, and contribute to business growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop creative assets that support go-to-market initiatives, sales enablement programs, solution marketing efforts, executive communications, and thought leadership across the Advanced Technology Solutions (ATS) portfolio.
  • Translate business objectives, marketing strategies, and stakeholder requirements into compelling visual concepts and designs that support brand and business goals.
  • Serve as a creative partner to marketing, sales, product, and cross-functional teams, providing design expertise and strategic guidance throughout project lifecycles.
  • Develop and maintain brand-consistent creative solutions that strengthen messaging, enhance user experience, and drive audience engagement.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Create and refine visual storytelling frameworks, including presentations, sales collateral, campaign assets, infographics, and other strategic communications materials.
  • Collaborate with internal and external resources to execute creative initiatives while ensuring adherence to brand standards and design best practices.
  • Stay current on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, bringing innovative ideas and approaches to the organization.
  • Support the evolution and governance of brand standards, templates, and creative processes across the organization.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
