Key Responsibilities- Craft and implement a multi-year infrastructure and networking roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Drive modernization programs, including Microsoft Azure cloud adoption and hybrid infrastructure models.
- Oversee enterprise cloud strategy with a focus on Azure integration.
- Ensure exceptional uptime, performance, and reliability across systems.
- Collaborate with security leaders to enhance infrastructure protection and compliance.
- Lead a high-performing infrastructure team and manage vendor partnerships.
- Manage the infrastructure budget, focusing on cost optimization and vendor consolidation.
- Direct infrastructure workstreams supporting ERP deployments and facility expansions.
Qualifications- 10-15 years of experience in IT infrastructure and network engineering, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Experience in multi-site manufacturing environments or distributed operations.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation initiatives in cloud and networking.
- Technical expertise in enterprise networking, hybrid infrastructure, and cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure preferred).
- Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred certifications: Azure Solutions Architect, Cisco (CCNP/CCIE), CISSP, ITIL.
