This team is focused on building a premier investment product suite that meets the evolving needs of Schwab clients while supporting long-term business growth.

Within this organization, the Senior Manager, Investment Offer Strategy will be part of the Investment & Offer Solutions group, a team responsible for shaping strategy across proprietary Separately Managed Account products and third-party product marketplaces, including alternative investments, managed accounts, mutual funds, ETFs, structured products, fixed income, annuities and insurance, and 529 solutions. Your work will require close collaboration across Retail, Advisor Services, Workplace, Schwab Asset Management, and corporate partners such as Risk, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to shape go-forward offer strategy that supports clients, RIAs, asset managers, and Schwab.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous business problems, connecting market and client insights to actionable strategy, and influencing outcomes through executive-level communication. You will deepen your strategy expertise while gaining broad exposure across investment products, platforms, and senior leadership. The role is well suited for someone who is curious, adaptable, highly resourceful, and energized by work that blends analytical thinking, collaboration, and business impact.
