Reporting to the Director of Plasma Security, as Sr. Manager, Global Enterprise Security, you will serve as the Plasma division's security professional providing security support for all operations, offices, laboratories, and facilities. You will be accountable for the implementation and management of our security/risk strategies and related programs. You will also have responsibility for the implementation and management of security policies, standards, assessments, roles, security training and contract security management for the U.S. and beyond. The scope of your work will involve various security technologies and services, personal protection services, physical security, workplace violence, general investigations, security related incidents, security related compliance issues, physical access control and profile management of all employees, contractors and visitors. Relocation assistance to out-of-state applicants is potentially available for the right individual.
This is a hybrid role, requiring three (3) days of onsite work weekly.#LI-hybrid
The Role:Strategy:
- Owns security operations activities related to the protection of individuals, assets, and property.
- Implements and manages regional security processes, practices, and policies; establishes and implements calibrated standards and controls.
- Be the leader for related crises and incidents.
- Implements state-of-the-art technology solutions and innovative security management techniques to safeguard personnel and assets, including intellectual property and trade secrets.
- Determines operational expenses and manage forecasts.
Situational Awareness:
- Develops and deliver appropriate threat and awareness training.
- Administers and delivers trainings necessary for compliance to security requirements.
- Briefs senior management on status of security issues.
Vulnerability and Threat Assessments:
- Supports periodic global security assessment plans.
- May conduct physical security assessments.
- Leads post incident analyses and determines key corrective actions.
- Organizes, conducts, and delivers written security assessment presentations and reports.
- Shares results with senior management throughout the region.
Emergency Management and Crisis Response:
- Manages response to issues involving troubling persons and situations and associated legal matters as needed.
- Oversees crisis and emergency management planning, training, and exercise.
- Maintains responsibility and oversight of contract security personnel located in over 100 locations across the U.S. and beyond.
- Writes and submits formal security-related documentation.
Continuous Improvement:
- Develops and manages through key performance indicators and external benchmarking.
- Completes annual site and regional risk assessments.
- Directs detailed recommended courses of action to improve security levels.
- Implements approved courses of action.
Investigations:
- Develop working relationships with law enforcement and other regulatory agencies.
- As needed, conducts investigations into security related breaches and incidents.
- Directs detailed recommended courses of action to improve security levels.

Other Responsibilities:
- Maintains and uses a network of security experts, law enforcement and intelligence community contacts to help identify creative approaches to issues, benchmarking, metrics, and key performance indicators.
- Must be on call 24/7 to discuss and/or respond to anomalies, events, or emergencies.
- Acts with integrity and exercises sound independent judgment while carrying out overall responsibilities and other activities as assigned.
Your Skills & Abiliites:- Bachelor27s degree in Business, Homeland Security, Security Management, Intelligence and Policy Analysis or equivalent.
- 10 years' experience in law enforcement or military.
- May combine the above experience with experience in enterprise security risk management and analysis, crisis and emergency management and site security operations.
- Knowledge of security and crisis management in retail or public facing business.
- A minimum of 5 + years leading teams or direct people management.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills with thorough use of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong sense of urgency, self-awareness, and adaptability.
- Ability to lead multiple programs and cross functional areas for the Enterprise.
- Develops and implements operating plans and strategies that have short-to mid-term impact on business results (1-3 years).

Travel Requirements:
