$120,573.75 - $193,121.50 Annual Salary (Based on years of experience)

Presbyterian Living - Corporate | Full Time | Accounting Department | 8am - 4pm M-F

We're seeking a finance professional to lead financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and reporting, along with selected finance operations initiatives. This role will drive process improvements, workflow documentation, and operational coordination across accounting and related finance activities, providing both oversight and hands-on support for close, reconciliation, and reporting processes. The focus will be on improving consistency, automation, and scalability across finance functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the annual budget process, including the budget timeline, operating budget, capital budget, and budget reports packet.
  • Collaborate with management at all levels to ensure accurate and timely budget development and full participation from relevant team members.
  • Oversee review of allocation methodologies, assumptions, and key budget drivers across business lines.
  • Prepare and supervise internal and external reporting deliverables, including management reports, debt covenant reporting, surveys, benchmark reports, IRS Form 990 support, Medicare and Medicaid cost report support, and rating agency data requests.
  • Oversee statistical reporting and support preparation, interpretation, and communication of financial and operational trends for leadership.
  • Lead financial planning and analysis projects, including annual profitability studies, fee increase calculations, long-range financial forecasts, scenario modeling, and ad hoc analyses.
  • Work with external consultants and advisors to review and interpret financial forecasts, profitability analyses, benchmark studies, Future Service Obligation reports, actuarial reports, and other strategic analyses.

Skills/Qualifications
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • MBA and/or CPA preferred.
  • Seven to ten years of progressive responsibility in FP&A, accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, finance operations, or related finance leadership roles.
  • Experience leading annual budgeting, long-range planning, financial reporting, and analytical support required.
  • Experience with process improvement, workflow documentation, systems implementation or enhancement, and cross-functional finance operations support preferred.
