About the Role
The Senior Manager, FP&A serves as a strategic finance partner to the Investments and Product organizations, supporting comprehensive planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting of financial performance. Reporting to the Finance Business Partner for Investments and Product this highly visible role combines advanced financial modeling, complex analysis, and executive-level communication to influence decision-making and drive financial excellence across the business. This is an ideal opportunity for an analytical, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders.
Role Summary
Designs and delivers highly complex financial analytics and reporting. Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of own work. Provides guidance and coaching to direct reports as well as other team members, as needed, and contributes to the overall goals of the FP&A organization.

Base Salary Ranges

$110,000.00 - $188,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workersPlacement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
