Job Summary

This job entails leading a team in data analytics and business intelligence to support strategic decision-making, predict business outcomes, and drive operational efficiencies through data-driven solutions and automation initiatives. Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Leading business discussions to understand data needs, developing technical requirements, and advising on data relevancy, alternative sources, and opportunities for process optimization.
  • Overseeing data analysis from platforms like Teradata, SQL Server, Hadoop, and AWS to derive actionable business insights and identify operational efficiencies.
  • Combining disparate data sources for comprehensive analysis, ensuring team collaboration in data querying, manipulation, and automation opportunities.
  • Conducting exploratory data analysis and hypothesis testing to identify key business drivers, insights, and workflow improvement opportunities.
  • Developing forecasting models to predict sales, demand, and other critical business metrics.
  • Analyzing campaign and business results to measure effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and support strategic operational decision-making.
  • Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable analytics, reporting, and automation solutions.
  • Communicating findings through narrative-driven presentations and effective visualizations to company executives and decision-makers.
  • Leading and supporting strategic initiatives that improve reporting, data governance, operational workflows, and change adoption across the organization.
