About the Job:

Taco Bell is looking for a highly motivated leader to join the finance team to head Digital Finance. You'll be part of a fast-paced and dynamic team that partners closely with Digital, Marketing, and Business Analytics teams.

The Senior Manager is instrumental in driving financial analysis and commercial thinking to profitably grow digital channels. You'll play a key role in shaping the promotional strategy of digital products, including the Taco Bell Rewards program, and driving growth in Customer Annual Value. This individual will need a solid background in finance and be able to articulate the business model impact of digital throughout the restaurant P&L. Another key responsibility is partnering cross-functionally to design, implement, and scale tests to optimize digital channels. This includes kiosks, eCommerce, delivery, and digital menuboards.

You'll lead the team responsible for managing the P&L across all digital channels and conducting data-driven analysis to drive actionable insights. A key responsibility is being able to synthesize analysis and make recommendations in support of business objectives-customer acquisition and frequency, strengthening margins, etc.

We're looking for a high-impact leader that is fueled by Restless Curiosity and a strong desire to play a big role in taking Taco Bell's digital business to the next level.

The Day-to-Day:
• Lead digital finance-manage the digital P&L and proactively identify opportunities for topline and bottom line growth
• Coach team responsible for digital finance. Build capability throughout team to leverage data and financial analysis to drive decision making
• Lead financial and commercial thinking on the impact from digital products to restaurant business model
• Own key cross functional relationships with digital, data, and marketing teams. Drive commercial-minded business perspective
• Develop presentations to distill analysis, make recommendations, and share key executive-level updates
• Influence cross functional partners, routinely at the Director through VP level
• Partner cross-functionally, developing tests to optimize digital programs and channels to balance sales and margins
• Develop long range forecasting for digital impact to the restaurant P&L

Is this you?
• BA required; analytical or business degree preferred
• MBA a strong plus
• 8+ years relevant work experience (Consulting, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, etc.)
• Experience working with large data sets and associated analytics tools/techniques (SQL, PowerBI, etc.) a plus
• Strong internal motivation, intellectual curiosity, and logical thinking
• Desire to have a large impact on our organization with a can-do attitude
• Excellent coaching and leadership skills
• Resourceful nature with an ability to build business cases through financial models, data, and relevant assumptions to drive action
• Strong organizational skills; ability to proactively drive agenda and prioritize in a complex and fast-paced environment
• Superb interpersonal and communication skills-both written and oral. Can develop persuasive executive-level presentations
• Demonstrated success in a team environment requiring cross functional influence
• Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

Salary Range: $158,000 to $180,000 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
