Full Job Description
We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Senior Manager to lead the Ad Platform finance business partnering team within our FP&A organization. This role will serve as the financial lead for the T-Mobile Ad Platforms, overseeing a team of Finance Business Partners across the USA, EMEA, and APAC markets. This leader will be responsible for building a consistent, scalable FP&A framework across geographies and business segments as these organizations continue their integration journey. This role will own the relationship with T-Mobile Ad Platform leadership to monitor & develop financial insights that guide business decisions. The ideal candidate blends strong FP&A leadership experience with deep commercial acumen, along with the ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex cross-functional, international environments. Key Responsibilities • Lead and develop a geographically distributed team of Finance Business Partners supportingT-Mobile Ad Platforms, ensuring consistent and scalable performance management deliverables. • Oversee consolidated P&L management across allAd Platformcountry and product P&Ls, including Budgeting, Forecasting, Long Range Planning, and Month End Close. • Align with the T-Ads consolidation FP&A Team on corporate deliverable inputs including R&O management, Forecast, Budgets and LRP’s. • Partner with leaders across Business and Operations to align on metrics, assumptions, and strategic decision drivers. • Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reviews including spend analysis, KPI tracking, and insights for executive decision-making, including presentation to executive leadership team members. • Serve as senior review and approval point for Trade Deal structures; partner with Commercial Teams on complex deals, reviewing client profitability models, approving deal terms, and ensuring alignment with financial targets. • Own the KPI framework and performance measurement approach across the Ad Platform portfolio, ensuring consistency across all business partner reporting including Take Rates, Media Mix, Customer Trends, and Market Insights. • Set the strategic pricing framework acrossAd Platforms; own commercial approvals and lead pricing, revenue, and market expansion initiatives for relevant products and geographies. • Provide governance oversightforQuota Planning and incentive compensation processes, partnering with P&L Owners and Sales Leads to ensure data-driven quota setting across all markets. • Partner with Ad Platform business leaders to align approval process for headcount management. • Continued involvement & ability to influence the integration milestones for Blis and Vistar operations in so far as impact FP&A people, systems, tools & processes. Qualifications  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.  • 10+ years of experience with 5+ years in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), preferably supporting Advertising, Media, or Marketing organizations.  • Proven experience leading and developing geographically distributed finance teams.  • Strong communication skills; able to translate data-heavy insights into executive-ready narratives.  • Proven cross-functional collaborator in fast-paced, dynamic environments.  • Ability to scenario plan & align with multiple parties on optimal path forward related to people, process and systems.  • Experience with Trade Deal structuring, pricing frameworks, or commercial finance in an Advertising or Media business.  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle).  • Demonstrated ability to build reporting or measurement infrastructure, not just maintain existing tools.  The Successful Candidate Will Possess the Following Traits  • Comfortable building structure from scratch and creating clarity out of chaos.  • Can operate at both the strategic “what should we measure?” level and the technical “how do we build it?” level.  • Detail-oriented with strong process management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.  • Confident business partner who can influence without authority and drive alignment across teams.  • Must be comfortable working with teams based in other locations, including international (UK & Australia).
