Full Job Description
The Senior Manager, Field Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading high-volume hiring across the company's field locations. This role ensures we consistently attract and hire the right talent to staff, support, and grow our operations.

This leader partners closely with field operations and HR to translate staffing needs into effective recruiting plans, ensuring locations are staffed with speed, quality, and consistency. The focus is on driving hiring outcomes, building strong recruiter capability, and delivering a simple, effective process that works for the field.

What You Will Do:

Field Hiring Delivery & Workforce Execution:
  • Lead end-to-end recruiting delivery for field roles across multiple markets and locations.
  • Partner with operations leaders and HRBPs to understand staffing gaps and prioritize hiring needs.
  • Build and execute recruiting plans to meet hiring targets (volume, speed, and quality).
  • Monitor hiring metrics (time-to-fill, vacancy rates, applicant flow, and early turnover) and adjust tactics in real time.
  • Ensure consistent pipelines for high-turnover and critical roles.

Field Partnership & Support:
  • Act as the primary TA partner to field leadership, ensuring hiring processes are practical and aligned to operational needs.
  • Coach managers on effective hiring practices, interviewing, and decision-making.
  • Remove friction for the field by simplifying processes and improving responsiveness.
  • Provide clear visibility into hiring progress, risks, and action plans.

Team Leadership & Performance:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of market recruiters focused on field hiring.
  • Establish clear expectations tied to hiring outcomes (speed, quality, candidate experience).
  • Drive accountability for results and continuous improvement across the team.
  • Build team capability in sourcing, high-volume recruiting, and stakeholder management.

Process Efficiency & Continuous Improvement:
  • Drive simple, scalable recruiting processes that work across 500+ locations.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement changes to improve speed and conversion.
  • Ensure consistent use of tools, systems, and workflows across markets.
  • Maintain compliance with employment practices and company standards.

Employer Brand & Candidate Experience:
  • Ensure a fast, simple, and positive candidate experience aligned to field expectations.
  • Support local and national recruiting efforts to attract candidates in key markets.
  • Reinforce the company's value proposition in all candidate interactions.

How You Will Shine:
