The Sr. Manager, Development Execution; supports the effort to grow our brands footprint in Burger King; through Development Agreements with new and existing partners. This includes sourcing new partners, building a bench of potential future partners and structuring and negotiating multi-year development agreements. This role leads financial, operational, and structural diligence, creates marketing material to pitch to new investors, and sources potential new franchisees.
RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Successful candidates will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week. Roles and Responsibilities:- Work closely with business unit leaders in developing and executing development strategy for long-term growth of the brand.
- Attract the highest quality prospective franchisees, marketing the opportunity externally.
- Build and lead financial models, outputs and scenarios for diligence and deal structuring.
- Conduct due diligence on prospective candidates and partners, including Discovery Days with prospective franchisees.
- Directly negotiate development agreements with prospective franchisees. Liaise between Development, Market Planning, Franchising, and Field teams to gather necessary insights for negotiations.
- Develop and deliver presentations both internally and externally to executive level leadership.
Qualification & Skills:- Undergraduate Bachelor or equivalent degree.
- 7-10 years of experience in banking, private equity, or MA and strong business development background.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and project management skills.
- Excel and financial modeling for diligence and deal negotiation.
- PowerPoint and presentation structuring.
- Ability to collaborate with different departments to collect variety of data and structure pitch to potential franchise partners.
