Our opportunity:

Automation Anywhere is the leader in Agentic Process Automation (APA). We are seeking a Senior Manager of Revenue Marketing to join our GTM leadership team and help drive measurable growth across new sales, retention, and expansion in our enterprise install base.

This role leads the execution of revenue marketing programs that translate product and market momentum into pipeline, pipeline progression, and ultimately revenue. As an operational leader, you'll partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, SDR leadership, and Product to ensure our campaigns are customer-centric, data-driven, and designed to win.

Who you'll report to:

This role will report to our VP, Revenue Marketing

You will make an impact by being responsible for:
  • Lead and execute the revenue marketing engine for your assigned segments/campaign motions, ensuring campaigns are built to hit pipeline targets across the funnel
  • Own and manage the quarterly campaign plan, including evergreen campaign strategy and evolution, to support pipeline creation, maturation, and pacing to goal
  • Forecast and report planned vs. actual pipeline creation and progression, providing clear visibility into performance and next-step recommendations
  • Partner with SDR leadership and SDR teams to enable field execution on every campaign touchpoint-ensuring outreach is timely, coordinated, and effective
  • Build and continually improve campaign measurement including attribution approaches, scoring, nurturing logic, and standardized reporting (with real-time performance visibility where possible)
  • Collaborate on sales & marketing technology execution (CRM + marketing automation + analytics as applicable) to improve deal velocity and operational effectiveness
  • Ensure tight alignment between Sales and Marketing by developing joint strategies that accelerate sales cycles and support retention/expansion goals
  • Use data and analytics to optimize ROI-test, learn, iterate, and scale what works based on pipeline and performance insights
  • Stay current on market trends and competitive activity to inform messaging, targeting, and campaign strategy
  • Coordinate with Product to ensure positioning and messaging accurately reflect product capabilities and customer needs


You will be a great fit if you have:
  • 10+ years of B2B enterprise marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in a revenue marketing or growth marketing leadership capacity (SaaS, AI, or automation experience is a plus)
  • Demonstrated experience designing and executing revenue marketing strategies that drive new pipeline and influence pipeline progression
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and revenue/marketing analytics
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across Sales, SDR, Customer Success, and Product
  • A hands-on, execution-focused mindset-high ownership, high standards, and a strong bias to action
  • Experience working in or supporting enterprise install base motions (retention, expansion, and/or cross-sell motions) is a plus

The base salary range for this position is $170,000 - $190,000 a year. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
