Job Description

Senior Manager, Data Migration & Integration (North America)

Lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering complex healthcare data migration and integration solutions that enable successful Enterprise Imaging implementations across North America. In this role, you'll drive technical excellence, build scalable delivery capabilities, and help healthcare organizations modernize their imaging environments while improving patient care.

Your role:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Data Migration and Integration professionals responsible for delivering enterprise-scale healthcare information technology implementations across North America.

  • Establish and continuously improve standardized delivery methodologies, governance, and best practices to drive quality, consistency, and operational excellence while reducing implementation risk.

  • Partner closely with Project Management, Engineering, Clinical Consulting, Customer Success, Technical Services, and external implementation partners to ensure successful customer outcomes and predictable project execution.

  • Build and manage strategic relationships with third-party implementation partners, developing scalable onboarding, training, and quality frameworks that enable consistent delivery to Philips standards.

  • Drive continuous improvement through resource planning, capacity management, key performance indicators, technical leadership, and customer engagement while supporting complex implementations and executive-level communications.

You're the right fit if:

  • You've acquired 7+ years of experience implementing enterprise healthcare information technology or Enterprise Imaging solutions, along with 5+ years leading Data Migration, Integration, or Professional Services teams.

  • Your skills include healthcare interoperability technologies such as Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM), Health Level Seven (HL7), Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE), Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), Vendor Neutral Archive (VNA), and Electronic Medical Record/Electronic Health Record (EMR/EHR) integrations. Bonus if you have experience with Enterprise Imaging cloud migrations, cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS), Agile methodologies, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), or developing scalable partner delivery models.

  • You have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or equivalent 11+ years industry experience.

  • You're a collaborative and customer-focused leader with proven experience coaching high-performing teams, managing strategic vendor relationships, communicating with executive stakeholders, and leading complex enterprise implementations through change and technical challenges.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company27s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company27s main facilities, generally at the customers27 or suppliers27 locations.

The pay range for this position in AL, AZ, AR, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, MN, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, or WY is $117,000 to $186,000.

The pay range for this position in AK, DE, HI, MD, MN, and RI is $123,000 to $195,000

The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, NJ, NY, or WA is $131,000 to $208,000.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
