Job Overview

The Senior Manager, Data Activation and Engineering is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing enterprise data solutions using Snowflake and related technologies. This role partners with cross-functional teams-including IT security, infrastructure, project management, and business partners-to ensure the data architecture supports analytics, aligns with organizational goals, and meets compliance standards. Strong relationship-building skills are essential, as the Senior Manager collaborates closely with peers, members of the leadership team, and business partners to drive shared success. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Drive the development and maintenance of scalable, secure data platforms, focusing on Snowflake, Snowflake Cortex, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Lead a high-performing team of data engineers and architects, offering guidance, mentorship, and support for professional development.
  • Champion the adoption and integration of AI-driven capabilities, leveraging tools like Snowflake Cortex to automate processes, enhance analytics, and deliver smarter data solutions.
  • Demonstrate effective management skills, including resource planning, conflict resolution, performance evaluation, and motivating team members
  • Establish clear objectives, delegate tasks efficiently, and facilitate continuous learning and development within the team
