Description The
Senior Manager, Client Information and Process Management is responsible for leading the firm's RFP, RFI, and DDQ response processes, overseeing the governance and management of institutional and client information, and driving process improvement across client-facing information systems and workflows. This role serves as a key connector across Distribution, Marketing, Investments, Operations, Compliance, and Technology to ensure information used in client communications is accurate, consistent, and accessible. In the short term, success will be defined by establishing clear ownership, improving data quality, standardizing workflows, and enhancing the efficiency of response management processes. Over the long term, this individual will create a scalable framework for information governance, leverage technology and automation to improve productivity, and strengthen Meeder's ability to deliver consistent and high-quality client experience while supporting the firm's growth objectives.
Primary Responsibilities - Lead the firm-wide RFP, RFI, DDQ, and consultant database response processes, ensuring submissions are accurate, timely, consistent, and aligned with Meeder's strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain a centralized framework for governing firm, product, strategy, performance, and client information used across institutional and intermediary client communications.
- Partner with stakeholders across Distribution, Marketing, Investments, Operations, Compliance, and Technology to establish clear ownership, accountability, and standards for critical business information.
- Coordinate GIPS-related operational activities, documentation, reporting processes, and cross-functional communication to support consistent and compliant client-facing deliverables.
- Manage the firm's RFP content library and institutional information repository, ensuring content remains current, accurate, easily accessible, and scalable across business lines.
- Evaluate existing workflows and information-management processes to identify opportunities for standardization, improved controls, increased efficiency, and enhanced user experience.
- Support CRM strategy, implementation, and ongoing optimization efforts by providing business requirements, promoting data integrity, and improving the governance of relationship and client information.
- Implement process improvements, automation solutions, and AI-enabled tools that reduce manual effort, improve response quality, and enhance organizational productivity.
- Establish measurable service levels, quality standards, and performance metrics for institutional response management, information governance, and related operational processes.
- Recommend long-term organizational structures, resource requirements, and operational best practices that support the continued growth and scalability of Meeder's institutional and intermediary business.
Position Requirements Qualifications and Experience - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Information Management, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered.
- 10+ years of experience within asset management, investment management, institutional client service, investment operations, distribution support, response management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing institutional RFP, RFI, and DDQ processes for investment products, strategies, and client solutions.
- Experience overseeing firm, product, performance, and client information utilized in consultant databases, due diligence requests, client reporting, and institutional communications.
- Working knowledge of GIPS standards and the associated reporting, documentation, and governance requirements within an investment management environment.
- Experience utilizing CRM platforms, RFP and response-management systems, consultant databases, and information-management tools to support business operations and client communications.
