Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT development teams.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including business process models and use cases.
- Support project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project deliverables.
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
- Continuously assess and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in business analysis or project management are a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
