Job Summary:This job will lead a team responsible for the design and delivery of the full suite of benefits offered in your region in this highly visible role. You'll be accountable for the overall vendor strategy and the financial management of programs, and you'll partner with local stakeholders on a roadmap to increase engagement. You'll work with internal and external thought partners and use feedback loops to develop action plans that contribute to our overall global benefits strategy and objectives.
Job Description:Essential Responsibilities: - Develop strategies and recommendations to evolve our regional benefit programs, aligned with local and global objectives.
- Review and assess benefit programs for financial management, compliance, competitiveness, and effective delivery.
- Lead the end-to-end vendor review process with our brokers and consultants, overseeing renewals and RFPs for regional benefits and service providers.
- Build program evaluation metrics with vendors and thought partners to support our decisions to maintain, enhance, or sunset regional benefits.
- Monitor benefits escalations and themes raised by employees to develop comprehensive engagement plans at various phases in the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, key life events, and departing PayPal.
- Build a supportive network of stakeholders to advocate for benefits engagement, visibility, and future investments.
Minimum Qualifications:- 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

The base pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring. The expected range of pay for this role by location is:

Additional compensation for this role may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation, as applicable.
