Job DescriptionWhat is the opportunity? The Data Science, Analytics and Innovation team is seeking a Sr. Manager - Analytics, Intelligence and Innovation to lead strategic insights, story telling and measurement across AI and Digital Transformation programs.
What will you do? Strategic Insights & Storytelling- Synthesize data across channels, and advisor / client segments to identify patterns, insights and effectiveness of AI and Digitization programs.
- Distill analytical complexity to isolate key business drivers and translate findings into stories and actionable recommendations.
- Proactively explore RBC's data assets to surface opportunities that advance transformational priorities and drive enterprise value.
Analytics Ownership & Business Partnership- Partner with AI and Conversational Banking Product and Platform teams to frame problems, define the right questions and determine the analytical approach.
- Bring structure and clarity to complex and ambiguous business questions where the path forward is not predefined.
- Lead analytical engagements from problem definition through insight, recommendation and action.
Measurement & Value Creation- Develop measurement and experimental frameworks, KPIs and success criteria
- Translate findings into recommendations to scale, optimize, evolve or stop initiatives; connect program outcomes to broader business objectives and value creation.
What do you need to succeed?Must have:- University degree in business or quantitative discipline
- Experience applying data to drive business value in a product or analytics domain
- Mature business acumen with proven business results/successes from past positions
- Strong prioritization and organizational abilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Nice to have:- Previous experience directly in Conversational Banking Products (National Office)
- Tableau, SQL
