What is the opportunity?

The Data Science, Analytics and Innovation team is seeking a Sr. Manager - Analytics, Intelligence and Innovation to lead strategic insights, story telling and measurement across AI and Digital Transformation programs.

What will you do?

Strategic Insights & Storytelling
  • Synthesize data across channels, and advisor / client segments to identify patterns, insights and effectiveness of AI and Digitization programs.
  • Distill analytical complexity to isolate key business drivers and translate findings into stories and actionable recommendations.
  • Proactively explore RBC's data assets to surface opportunities that advance transformational priorities and drive enterprise value.


Analytics Ownership & Business Partnership
  • Partner with AI and Conversational Banking Product and Platform teams to frame problems, define the right questions and determine the analytical approach.
  • Bring structure and clarity to complex and ambiguous business questions where the path forward is not predefined.
  • Lead analytical engagements from problem definition through insight, recommendation and action.


Measurement & Value Creation
  • Develop measurement and experimental frameworks, KPIs and success criteria
  • Translate findings into recommendations to scale, optimize, evolve or stop initiatives; connect program outcomes to broader business objectives and value creation.


What do you need to succeed?

Must have:
  • University degree in business or quantitative discipline
  • Experience applying data to drive business value in a product or analytics domain
  • Mature business acumen with proven business results/successes from past positions
  • Strong prioritization and organizational abilities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills


Nice to have:
  • Previous experience directly in Conversational Banking Products (National Office)
  • Tableau, SQL
