We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Logistics Manager to provide programmatic leadership and oversight of logistics and material management functions across multiple projects. This role is responsible for establishing and enforcing standardized logistics processes, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, and driving accurate, consistent reporting in support of field execution.
The Senior Logistics Manager partners closely with Project Superintendents, Project Managers, and Operations leadership to ensure materials, equipment, tools, and rental assets are planned, procured, staged, tracked, and delivered in alignment with project schedules, safety requirements, and financial controls.
The primary purpose of this position is to ensure that all projects are consistently outfitted with the necessary materials, tools, and equipment required for contract execution, while maintaining governance over suppliers, warehouses, inventory, and logistics staff. This role requires strong leadership, process orientation, and relationship-management skills to align vendors, internal teams, and client expectations.
What You'll Do:
The Senior Logistics Manager Provides program-level oversight of logistics and material management functions across multiple projects and sites.
• Partner with Project Superintendents to support schedule-driven material planning, site logistics coordination, and adherence to standardized logistics procedures.
• Establish, implement, and enforce logistics policies, procedures, and controls to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency across all projects.
• Oversee supplier and vendor performance to ensure alignment with company targets for quality, delivery, cost, and responsiveness.
• Manage and resolve escalated supply-chain issues impacting multiple projects, including material availability, lead times, and delivery constraints.
• Ensure consistent documentation, tracking, and reporting of deliveries, returns, shipping, receiving, and inventory movements.
• Oversee data tracking and reporting related to logistics performance, inventory levels, equipment utilization, and material spend using Excel, Google Sheets, and enterprise systems.
• Lead, train, develop, and manage logistics staff and materials teams, including performance management and staffing alignment with project workloads.
• Ensure accurate tracking, control, and utilization of company-owned and rental equipment and tools across projects.
• Coordinate storage, staging, warehousing, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and disposition of materials in alignment with project and corporate requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams to support Work-In-Place (WIP) reporting, cost controls, audits, and compliance with internal controls.
• Provide courteous, professional, and consistent service to internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, and partners.
• Ensure logistics operations comply with safety standards, site rules, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain oversight of vehicle usage and ensure valid licensing and compliance with company transportation policies.
What You'll Need:
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in logistics, materials management, or supply chain operations, preferably in construction or mission-critical environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading logistics teams and supporting multiple projects or programs simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes, inventory controls, supplier management, and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with Google Sheets preferred.
• Experience with integrated financial systems and/or ERP software such as Commerce Center, J.D. Edwards, or similar platforms preferred.
• Certificates in Logistics Transportation Distribution (CLTD), Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or advanced education in Purchasing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management is a plus.
• Previous experience supporting data center construction projects is strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with field leadership, including Project Superintendents, to align logistics execution with construction schedules.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr. Logistics Manager position is $90,000 annually or $43.27 per hour and the maximum salary for the position is $110,000 annually or $52.88 per hour. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
