• Oversee supplier and vendor performance to ensure alignment with company targets for quality, delivery, cost, and responsiveness.
• Manage and resolve escalated supply-chain issues impacting multiple projects, including material availability, lead times, and delivery constraints.
• Ensure consistent documentation, tracking, and reporting of deliveries, returns, shipping, receiving, and inventory movements.
• Oversee data tracking and reporting related to logistics performance, inventory levels, equipment utilization, and material spend using Excel, Google Sheets, and enterprise systems.
• Lead, train, develop, and manage logistics staff and materials teams, including performance management and staffing alignment with project workloads.
• Ensure accurate tracking, control, and utilization of company-owned and rental equipment and tools across projects.
• Coordinate storage, staging, warehousing, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and disposition of materials in alignment with project and corporate requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams to support Work-In-Place (WIP) reporting, cost controls, audits, and compliance with internal controls.
• Provide courteous, professional, and consistent service to internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, and partners.
• Ensure logistics operations comply with safety standards, site rules, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain oversight of vehicle usage and ensure valid licensing and compliance with company transportation policies.

What You'll Need:
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in logistics, materials management, or supply chain operations, preferably in construction or mission-critical environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading logistics teams and supporting multiple projects or programs simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes, inventory controls, supplier management, and reporting standards.

• Certificates in Logistics Transportation Distribution (CLTD), Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or advanced education in Purchasing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management is a plus.
• Previous experience supporting data center construction projects is strongly preferred.
