As aSr. Logistics Analyst, you will manage strategies that support guest delivery experience, sales, and profitabilityobjectivesthroughbothTarget Last Mile Delivery and Same Day Deliverybusinesses.Youwillmonitorsupply chain performance using data and metricsandperform complex data analysistoidentifytheroot cause of defects.You willdemonstrateintellectual curiosity, streamlining and simplifying complex business processes through technology innovation, and developing solutions that scale.This will require working with both internal and external partners across operations, product, safety, legal, and other critical teams.You will advocate for decisions based on what is good for Target holistically and act as agents for change instead of accepting the status quo.Additionally, you willbe responsible forsupporting dailyoperationsacrossTargetssortationcenterand storesnetworkand working with carriers to support planning and execution.This will require working across multiple teams and driving clear andtimelycommunication with key partners.

About you:

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience

• 3-5 years operational management experience

• Experience influencing upwards and presenting to leadership (Director, Senior Director, VP levels)

• Strong analytical and reasoning skills

• Data-driven approach to problem solving

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Targets needs.
