Position Summary:The Senior Manager, Leasing is responsible for leading the Centralized Leasing Center to maximize portfolio availability, occupancy, and revenue. This leader drives performance, strategy, and execution within a fast-paced, dynamic inside sales environment, ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets. A core function is the strategic alignment and management of multiple teams, leveraging technology and consultative sales coaching to optimize the customer experience and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:- Leads the Centralized Leasing team to strategically optimize performance, workflow, and customer experience across the region.
- Responsible for hiring, onboarding, timecard review, and scheduling coordination for the Leasing associates.
- Drives the portfolio's occupancy and revenue goals; leveraging data-driven insights to execute inventory, pricing, and promotional adjustments ensuring collaborative alignment with key partners to exceed regional KPIs.
- Fosters a results-driven inside sales and service-forward culture by facilitating continuous professional development, providing weekly one-on-one coaching. Identifies gaps in associate development or processes and partners with the training group to develop appropriate training for the LC's.
- Reports and forecasts performance by providing detailed, insightful, and timely analytics and executive summaries to senior leadership.
- Monitors the competitive landscape by maintaining comprehensive knowledge of market conditions, new development pipelines, and economic trends to inform leasing strategies.
- Oversees contact center operations, utilizing technology (e.g., RingCentral) to implement queue management and ensure service level agreement goals (e.g., working rate, abandon rate) are consistently met; serves as the final escalation point for complex concerns, and supports Quality Assurance processes.

Preferred Education:- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Years of Relevant Work Experience:- 5+ years experience in sales environment
- 2+ years experience managing a team
Additional Requirements:- Occasional travel required
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as the business requires.
Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations: Compensation:Base Pay Range: $79,700.00 - $133,400.00
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
