Job Description

As a Senior Manager of Learning here at Honeywell Technologies, you will take a pivotal role in shaping the knowledge and skill development landscape of our Integrated Supply Chain (ISC). Your extensive experience and strategic vision will drive the design, implementation, and oversight of comprehensive, data-backed learning programs tailored to meet ISC's strategic objectives at scale.

Your responsibilities encompass curriculum development, advanced training facilitation, sophisticated learning program management, stakeholder engagement, and learning performance evaluation. You'll be the architect of growth, not just a facilitator. Your expertise will empower individuals to not only excel in their roles but to thrive in a rapidly changing business landscape. You'll steer us towards new heights of success, setting the standard for continuous learning and innovation within ISC.

You will report directly to our Director of Operational Excellence for ISC Learning and Development and you'll work out of our global headquarters in Charlotte, NC on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the professional development and performance excellence of ISC employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning, driving a unified approach to training delivery, and driving organizational success through strategic learning initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own the ISC Learning & Development strategy, ensuring alignment to business priorities, leadership capability needs, and organizational effectiveness goals.
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of ISC's leadership and professional development portfolio focused initially on front-line supervisors and site leaders to build talent pipeline readiness across Honeywell Technologies integrated supply chain.
  • Apply adult learning theory as a foundational skill to design and implement learning solutions both at scale and in focused, targeted cohorts based on specific business needs.
  • Develop scalable, multi-modal learning solutions (including instructor-led, virtual, digital, and seated formats) grounded in adult learning principles and instructional design methodology.
  • Drive operational excellence across ISC Learning & Development, including intake, capacity planning, financial oversight, and quality standards to ensure scalable, high-quality learning delivery.
  • Partner with ISC executives, HR leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders globally to assess capability needs, define development strategies, and measure business impact.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve data-backed learning solutions aligned to business outcomes at scale, aligning Lean principles and organizational and talent development best practices.
  • Work collaboratively to establish governance, predictable operating mechanisms, dashboards, and success metrics to drive continuous improvement and scalable learning deployment.
  • Lead the deployment and optimization of ISC learning technology platforms, including LMS strategy, adoption, and aligned analytics.
  • Drive strategic change management and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful implementation and adoption of development initiatives across ISC, managing global stakeholders to deliver leadership and capability training that meets evolving business needs.
  • Manage and/or lead all aspects of program delivery, including planning, budget management, communications, participant experience, logistics, and execution excellence.
  • Work alongside a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and cross-business collaboration.
