SALARY

This position has a base salary range of $72,000 - $108,000 USD Annual. This range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience and time in the role.

Summary

Advance Lending Sales Enablement by administering, optimizing and integrating Sales Cloud functionality into daily business practices. Introduce innovative functionality into daily processes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Role and Responsibilities
  1. Drive Continuous improvement and optimization of the Sales Cloud ensuring the system evolves to meet changing business needs and industry standards.
  2. Develop effective sales forecast functionality by channel and representative through Salesforce Intelligence.
  3. Act as the primary system administrator in the Salesforce environment for Loan Sales users, including configurations, user management and permissions.
  4. Introduce new Salesforce functionality to meet business objectives.
  5. Develop and deploy Sales Cloud embedded internal tools for coaching and application quality control.
  6. Documentation and Compliance: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all system configurations, processes, and changes. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  7. Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in consumer sales, enablement, or financial services.
  • Minimum 1 -2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a proven track record of managing complex Salesforce environments and leading significant projects.
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (ADM301) or equivalent advanced certifications required.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform features, including custom app development, Lightning experience, complex workflows, and advanced data management techniques.
  • Extensive experience with Sales Cloud and its application in the financial sector.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs, including REST and SOAP, and familiarity with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage cross-functional teams, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • A proactive approach to continuous improvement, with a focus on staying updated with the latest Salesforce trends and best practices.
  • Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components preferred.
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or similar advanced certifications preferred.
  • Deep understanding of the financial services industry and relevant regulatory requirements preferred.
  • Familiarity with other cloud platforms and tools, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud preferred.
