SALARY

This position has a base salary range of $152,000 - 228,000 USD Annual. This range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience and time in the role.

Summary

Responsible for leading BCU's Associations channel with full accountability for growth, engagement, and performance across professional and affinity partnerships.

This role drives aggressive member growth and positions BCU as a high-value (Association) Member benefit through strong relationships and modern strategies.

Role and Responsibilities
  1. Own end-to-end performance of the Associations channel.
  2. Build strong relationships with Association leadership, including Trustees and State representatives.
  3. Drive aggressive growth through expansion and new pipeline development.
  4. Develop and execute growth plans with defined targets.
  5. Apply deep knowledge of Association affinity programs.
  6. Co-create multi-channel marketing strategies with the growth performance marketing team.
  7. Partner across all internal teams to align execution and support org-wide goal attainment.
  8. Utilize Salesforce B2B and B2C for pipeline and performance tracking.
  9. Coach and develop team members.
  10. Clear accountability for delivering annual member and asset growth targets, with regular performance reporting and course correction as needed.


Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 15+ years of related business experience.
  • Deep experience with association and affinity programs.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead across the organization through others.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of values-based leadership supporting BCU culture.
  • Strong financial services business acumen with in-depth knowledge of strategy, sales, and marketing.
  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
