Full Job Description
Krispy Kreme's Senior Financial Analyst, International Franchise Finance plays a critical role in supporting the financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management of Krispy Kreme's International Franchise business. Reporting to the Director, International Finance and partnering closely with finance leaders across our international markets, this position provides meaningful financial insights that support strategic decision-making and drive profitable growth. This role is responsible for leading the monthly forecasting process, performing financial analysis, preparing executive reporting, and identifying risks and opportunities across the International Franchise business. The ideal candidate is analytical, intellectually curious, embraces emerging technologies, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative global environment.

A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
  • Lead the monthly forecasting process for International Franchise markets by partnering with regional finance teams to deliver accurate and timely forecasts.
  • Perform monthly variance analysis, identifying key business drivers versus budget, forecast, and prior year, and communicate risks, opportunities, and emerging trends to Finance Leadership.
  • Prepare executive reporting, quarterly business reviews, presentations, and financial models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support the annual budget, long-range planning, and month-end and quarter-end financial reporting processes.
  • Partner with International Franchise teams to improve forecast accuracy, reporting consistency, and financial visibility.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, Investor Relations, FP&A, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across enterprise reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement by enhancing reporting processes, automating recurring analyses, and leveraging AI-enabled tools, Power BI, OneStream, and other analytics solutions to improve efficiency and business insights.
  • Analyze large, complex data sets using data queries and analytical tools to identify trends, improve reporting quality, and generate actionable insights.
  • Support ad hoc financial analyses, executive presentations, and strategic initiatives as business needs evolve.
  • Build effective relationships with global stakeholders and maintain the flexibility to collaborate across multiple international time zones, including occasional early morning or evening meetings.


YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
  • 4+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in FP&A, commercial finance, or corporate finance.
  • Experience supporting planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes.
  • Multi-location and/or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting international operations or global finance preferred.
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered productivity, automation, or analytics tools within finance or business planning is highly preferred.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience with Power BI, OneStream, Oracle, and business intelligence or data visualization tools preferred.
  • Strong aptitude for leveraging AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve financial analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
  • Ability to work with large, complex data sets and use data queries to support analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across a global organization.
  • Strong attention to detail while maintaining a strategic perspective.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, build collaborative relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Naturally curious with a continuous improvement mindset and a willingness to adapt to the needs of a global business.
