  • Assess economic conditions and financial markets; communicate relevant insights and impacts on client investments.
  • Collaborate with recordkeepers and internal partners to support day-to-day client service.
  • Partner with Senior Investment Consultants on large client relationships; attend client meetings and support the preparation and delivery of client deliverables.
  • Provide asset allocation guidance to Defined Benefit clients, including participation in asset/liability studies and quarterly portfolio rebalancing.
  • Interpret, implement, and monitor investment policy statements for assigned clients.
  • Support client relationship management by periodically meeting with clients and identifying opportunities to cross sell additional USI services.
  • Participate in internal committees and maintain accurate client records for Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution plans.
  • Comply with all USI Advisors and Securities policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years of investment performance measurement experience; exposure to mutual and institutional funds preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Business, Finance, or Accounting required; advanced degree a plus.
  • Series 65 required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
  • Working knowledge of retirement plans, pension programs, and funding structures.
  • Strong financial and business acumen with a client-focused mindset.
