  • Act as the primary point of contact for initiative sponsors, functional leads, and cross-functional teams, providing regular status updates to the Portfolio Manager, Program Manager, and executive stakeholders.
  • Ensure clarity on objectives, deliverables, and expectations across all initiative participants.
  • Lead the full lifecycle of assigned initiatives, from scoping to delivery and post-implementation review, including project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
  • Ensure initiatives are aligned to portfolio priorities and enterprise strategic objectives.
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation and escalation plans; and facilitate decision-making with stakeholders to resolve scope, resource, and priority conflicts.
  • Maintain initiative dashboards, tracking KPIs and milestones, and prepare executive-ready reports including status updates and variance analyses.
  • Support portfolio-level reporting to demonstrate initiative contributions to strategic goals and ensure compliance with enterprise project management and governance standards.
