Qualifications

• BS degree in Industrial/Systems Engineering or related field required; Electrical/Electronics/Management/Software Engineering considered
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Flexible in managing multiple projects with varying scopes
• Knowledge of LEAN methodologies and problem-solving tools (8D, 8Step, A3)
• Proficient in advanced Excel/VBA; familiarity with data analytics tools (Python, SQL, Tableau, Spotfire) preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Translate NPI development requirements into manufacturing targets for cost, cycle time, and quality
• Create innovative systems and processes to meet business needs
• Coordinate MES projects with the IT development team
• Monitor and analyze work center KPIs for continuous improvement
• Lead efforts to identify root causes of factory yield issues and implement corrective actions
• Utilize quality methods to maintain process controls
• Develop and maintain controlled documents including work instructions and procedures
• Support the management and development of prototype supply chain and materials
• Direct and foster factory training on processes and documentation
• Drive operations process reviews and enhance cross-functional collaboration
