Job DescriptionAs a Senior HR Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving HR initiatives and supporting the overall HR strategy within the HSS GBE. You will be responsible for managing and leading the HR function and partnering with business leaders to drive HR excellence.
You will report directly to our
HR VP HSS, SME and US&C and you'll work out of our
Richardson, TX location on a
Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the organization by providing strategic guidance and support on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee development. Your leadership will contribute to fostering a positive work environment and driving employee engagement across the business unit.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic HR guidance and support.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and programs that align with business objectives and drive employee engagement.
- Manage and develop a team of HR professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Handle complex employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and employee development.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
