The Data & AI GTM organization is a strategically critical business spanning databases, analytics, and AI/ML solutions. The organization develops and executes the GTM strategy through sellers and partners, covering both managed and self-managed services as well as technology and consulting partnerships. It operates at the intersection of technical and commercial domains - supporting a highly technical workforce in a sales context - across a global footprint.

Prior experience partnering with Technical sakes teams is a plus, but not essential for the candidate who is excited to dive in and learn. In this role, the individual will also be part of the ASP PXT team and will drive multiple key talent priorities across the broader ASP organization.

- Lead change management efforts around culture and process evolution

- Develop thoughtful, integrated approaches to promote diversity and inclusion in talent attraction, development and retention
