An overview of your responsibilities!As HR Sr Analyst, Total Rewards, you will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making across HR by ensuring data integrity, delivering actionable insights, and strengthening compliance across HR systems and programs.
You will partner closely with HR leadership, Payroll, Finance, and Business Partners to improve processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and provide visibility into workforce trends and costs.
In addition, you will also:
- Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards and reports (headcount, turnover, compensation, labor, benefits, and leave)
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends, variances, and actionable insights to support decision-making
- Ensure data integrity across HRIS through audits, validations, and reconciliations
- Support HRIS enhancements, testing, and implementations with a focus on data quality and reporting outcomes
- Analyze payroll data, identify discrepancies, and partner with stakeholders to implement corrective actions
- Support payroll processes as needed, including multi-state compliance and audit activities
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and analyze pay equity, salary structures, and performance outcomes
- Reconcile and analyze benefits data across systems and vendors to ensure accuracy
- Monitor leave of absence data (FMLA, ADA, and state programs) to identify trends and compliance risks
- Support audit and compliance reporting across federal, state, and local regulations
- Identify potential risks and partner with HR leadership to implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain HR operational processes and documentation to support compliance and efficiency
What you'll need, among other things!- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in HR analytics, HRIS, payroll analysis, or a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, data modeling, reconciliations)
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems such as Dayforce, Workday, or ADP is an asset
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
