Sr. Growth Product Manager

Compensation: $140,000 - $168,000 / year

Description

As the Senior Growth Product Manager, you'll lead strategies that drive revenue, user acquisition, product led activation, and market expansion. Working cross-functionally across the product lifecycle, you'll combine product led growth (PLG) expertise with analytical rigor to help more churches discover, adopt, and get lasting value from our tools, ultimately empowering ministry leaders to serve their churches more effectively.

Primary Responsibilities of the Role

Growth Strategy & Lifecycle Management
  • Define and execute the product growth vision, strategy, and roadmap, with a focus on customer acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, and revenue growth.
  • Own the growth lifecycle from acquisition through activation, engagement, retention, and monetization, identifying opportunities to improve customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Use market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth, including new markets, pricing and packaging strategies, monetization opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
  • Translate growth opportunities into clear product strategies and prioritized initiatives that can be executed across teams.

Experimentation & Analytics
  • Lead a continuous experimentation program, including A/B and multivariate testing, to optimize onboarding, conversion, engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Define, track, and optimize key growth and business metrics, using data to understand funnel performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Use product analytics, behavioral data, and customer insights to develop hypotheses, inform decisions, and measure the impact of growth initiatives.
  • Establish a culture of experimentation and data-informed decision-making across the product organization.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights into growth opportunities, market dynamics, customer behavior, and business performance.
  • Mentor and coach Product Managers, helping strengthen strategic thinking, product execution, experimentation, and data fluency.
  • Collaborate closely with Growth, Customer Experience, Engineering, and Finance teams to align product and go-to-market strategies and drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution, ensuring teams remain aligned around clear goals and measurable outcomes.


Qualifications

Required Technical Qualifications:
  • 5-7+ years of experience in product management roles with significant experience driving growth, acquisition, activation, retention, or monetization.
  • Proven track record of driving growth through product-led growth (PLG), e-commerce, or similar product-led environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading end-to-end product development in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proven experience designing, executing, and evaluating A/B and multivariate experimentation programs.
  • Hands-on experience with product analytics and behavioral data platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, or PostHog.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data into product strategy and measurable business outcomes.

Preferred Technical Qualifications:
  • Experience building products in CRM, financial technology, or other complex B2B SaaS categories.
  • Experience working in fintech, nonprofit technology, faith-based organizations, or other mission-driven software companies.

Office Requirements:
  • We are a fully distributed team (100% remote) with travel sometimes required 1-2 times per year.
  • A stable work environment with designated workspace and access to high-speed internet.
  • US-based and legally able to work full time in the US. Sponsorships are not available at this time.
