About the Role

As the Senior Global Operations Manager of Fulfillment & Outbound Logistics, you will own Verkada's global 3PL network and oversee inbound, warehouse, and outbound logistics operations across multiple regions. You'll be responsible for optimizing supply chain performance, managing strategic logistics partners, driving cost savings, and ensuring world-class service levels. We're looking for an experienced operations leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex supply chain challenges, and is passionate about building scalable global logistics processes.
What You'll Do
  • Own and manage strategic partnerships with global 3PL providers, including vendor selection, contract negotiations, performance management, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Oversee inbound, warehouse, and outbound logistics operations across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels across the supply chain.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs including freight costs, inventory performance, order accuracy, fill rates, and on-time delivery.
  • Manage inventory deployment strategies, distribution network optimization, and reverse logistics (RMA/refurbishment) programs.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, and external logistics providers to resolve operational issues and improve execution.
  • Establish and maintain supply chain SOPs while driving adoption of best practices across internal teams and 3PL partners.
  • Lead implementation and optimization of supply chain systems, including WMS, TMS, and ERP integrations.
  • Present operational performance, trends, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Must be willing and able to work onsite five days per week.
What You Bring
  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management, including 5+ years managing 3PL partnerships.
  • Experience overseeing global logistics operations across multiple regions and international supply chains.
  • Strong background in warehouse, transportation, fulfillment, and distribution network management.
  • Experience with WMS, TMS, ERP platforms, and advanced Excel for reporting and data analysis.
  • Proven success driving cost reduction initiatives and improving operational efficiency through process optimization.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and holding logistics providers accountable to SLAs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into operational improvements.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field. APICS CSCP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications are a plus.

Annual Pay Range

At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs)

Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).
