Job DescriptionWe are looking for a
Sr. FP&A Manager to join our Revelyst Golf Technology team. In this role, you will have financial planning, analysis, and reporting routines that drive informed decision-making across the brand teams. You'll lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close and reporting cycle, set the standard for how financial performance is measured and communicated, and manage a team of analysts. This role combines hands-on financial modeling with team leadership and serves as a key partner to brand and platform leaders.

As the Senior FP&A Manager, you will have the opportunity to:- Own and continuously improve the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting routines, delivering timely and accurate insight into financial performance and projections.
- Facilitate, communicate, and track the execution of annual and long-term financial plans.
- Lead the budgeting and quarterly forecasting process in partnership with brand and platform leaders.
- Partner with business teams to develop and manage their budgets, providing guidance and accountability throughout the year.
- Collaborate with leadership inbuilding, maintaining, and evolving best in class KPI tracking and reporting dashboards.
- Drive insights on operational efficiency and cost optimization across the organization, identifying opportunities to improve performance and margin.
- Analyze the impact of business strategies and initiatives, customer profitability and segmentation, and channel and brand profitability as they relate to company goals.
- Partner with business leaders to drive growth and profitability through financial planning, analysis, and risk management.
- Support the platform with financial analysis on new idea generation and "size the prize" exercises.
- Support demand and supply planning in coordination with business leaders.
- Collaborate with enterprise/corporate Finance on consolidated reporting, platform financial analysis, and alignment with broader organizational priorities.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of two financial analysts.
- Other duties as assigned.
You have:- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting. CPA or MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive financial planning and analysis experience; golf or consumer products industry experience preferred.
- 3+ years of management experience, including direct supervision and development of analysts.
- Proven ownership of a monthly close and reporting cycle in a multi-brand or multi-segment environment.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of the organization.

Pay Range:Annual Salary: $150,000.00 - $160,000.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
