Job Description
This position is in support of new business pursuits and program execution within the Theater Strike Weapon Systems mission area of SMD. This individual will be responsible for helping to develop and institute best practices for driving new business initiatives and implementing affordability processes. This is a program role and will help drive affordability initiatives, business case analysis, new business pursuits including proposals, and cost reduction analysis and implementation. There will be active engagement with cross functional teams including Production, MRP, Planning, F&BO, Program Management, and Technical.
Basic Qualifications
-Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience/combined education or relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Ability to develop business cases that consider multiple stakeholders & risks and opportunities, supporting informed decision-making and business growth
- Demonstrated ability to perform detailed data analysis, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Proven effective analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task in high pressure environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to obtain security clearance

- Proven ability to develop and execute cost-saving strategies that drive business growth, improve profitability, and enhance competitiveness, with a strong track record of delivering results
- Experienced in directing and coordinating financial aspects of proposal preparation, including cost estimation, pricing strategy, and financial analysis
- Experience baselining and managing large production and/or development contracts
- Experience with LM Space software (Cobra, SAP)
- Current Secret clearance
-5+ years of related finance experiences
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

Premium Pay Statement
