Summary of the Job:The Senior Financial and Data Analyst provides advanced financial analysis and data insights, leading complex projects and serving as a subject matter expert. About This Role:- Lead complex financial analysis projects and strategic initiatives
- Develop advanced financial models and predictive analytics frameworks

- Collaborate with leadership to develop financial strategies and metrics
- Serve as liaison between finance and other business units on data initiatives

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or data analytics
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization tools
- Demonstrated leadership in analytics projects and initiatives
- Strong track record of delivering insights that drive business outcomes
- Experience presenting complex findings to executive audiences
Preferred Qualifications:- Master's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, or related field
- 2+ years of team leadership or mentoring experience
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or similar technical skills
- Experience with predictive modeling and statistical analysis
- CFA, FRM, or other relevant senior-level certification
- Banking industry expertise, particularly in your partner segment

Compensation:Compensation range (base pay): $81,662.00-$134,741.00
This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.
Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
Work Environment: It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week.
