Job Description PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Gather and report on qualitative and quantitative financial information included in press releases, annual reports, Board reports, SEC filings, and other requested information.
Interact with other corporate functions, field finance, shared services, corporate audit, and external auditors.
Coordinate with and support field organization and various corporate departments with financial reporting and analysis.
Assist with technical compliance; monitor, research, and interpret current and emerging regulations, industry accounting, reporting requirements, and trends.
Benchmark company disclosures against competitors.
Prepare quarterly and annual filings with the SEC.
Maintain policies and procedures documentation.
Perform earnings per share calculations.
Support administration of the Company's equity compensation plans and coordinate with service providers.
Complete special projects as assigned.

Bachelor's degree required
