Sr. Financial Analyst - TreasuryFull-time / Benefits eligibleLocation: Summa Corporate Office - 1077 Gorge Blvd, Akron, OH 44310Summary:As a key contributor to the finance team, you will play a pivotal role in managing the Treasury function for the company. Responsibilities include monitoring, forecasting and moving cash on a daily and weekly basis to ensure working capital maximization.
Minimum Qualifications: 1. Formal Education Required:
a. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
b. Healthcare experience preferred
2. Experience and Training Required:
a. Five (5) years of experience in financial analysis, with a deep experience with Excel
3. Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:
a. Maintains a high degree of confidentiality regarding financial matters
b. Strong analytical skills, hands-on problem-solving abilities, and experience in accounting/treasury management software (e.g., Lawson, Remitra) and accounting principles (GAAP)
c. Works cooperatively and effectively with management and teammates in a financial advisory capacity
d. Strong experience in developing Microsoft Excel based financial models
e. Ability to effectively interact with patients/customers with the understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignity
f. Accountable for demonstrating behaviors consistent with the customer service policy
4. Level of Physical Demands:
a. Sedentary: Exerts up to ten pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently.
$37.40/hr - $56.11/hr
The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials. Many factors, such as years of relevant experience and geographical location are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.
