Sr. Financial Analyst, SG&A FP&A – Hybrid

The Job:
As a Sr. Financial Analyst, SG&A FP&A, you’ll be part of our Investment, Returns, and Cost Management FP&A Finance team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to:
- Support financial reporting and provide analytical support and insights to Brand, Marketing, and Functional leaders.
- Collaborate with the Controllership team to help ensure accurate accounting and reporting.
- Prepare and analyze monthly close results, including variance explanations and trend analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly customer forecasts and annual operating plans.
- Contribute content and insights for monthly and quarterly business review processes.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required to support other areas of the business.
- Participate in and support continuous improvement initiatives and business transformation efforts.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2-5 years of relevant financial experience.
- Working knowledge of ERP and financial reporting systems (experience with SAP, Hyperion a plus).
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
- High business acumen and a collaborative approach with functional business partners.

The Salary range for this position is $77,600.00 - $124,900.00
