Sr. Financial Analyst, SG&A FP&A – Hybrid

The Job:

As a Sr. Financial Analyst, SG&A FP&A, you’ll be part of our Investment, Returns, and Cost Management FP&A Finance team working as a hybrid employee.  You’ll get to:  

• Support financial reporting and provide analytical support and insights to Brand, Marketing, and Functional leaders.
• Collaborate with the Controllership team to help ensure accurate accounting and reporting.
• Prepare and analyze monthly close results, including variance explanations and trend analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly customer forecasts and annual operating plans.
• Contribute content and insights for monthly and quarterly business review processes.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required to support other areas of the business.
• Participate in and support continuous improvement initiatives and business transformation efforts.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2-5 years of relevant financial experience.
• Working knowledge of ERP and financial reporting systems (experience with SAP, Hyperion a plus).
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
• High business acumen and a collaborative approach with functional business partners.
