Full Job Description
The Financial Analyst, Pricing is primarily responsible for pricing maintenance and analysis, customer rebates, profitability models, & sales and GP1 margin analysis. This position reports to the VP of FP&A, but will have regular interaction with other departments.

Essential job functions to be performed:
Pricing Maintenance and Strategy • maintain customer pricing tables, analyze and recommend strategic pricing improvements, and audit pricing contracts.
Customer Rebate Payments • calculate, reconcile, and process monthly, quarterly, and annual customer rebates and allowances.
Financial Modeling • partner with the sales organization to model the ROI of current and prospective customers.
Sales and GP1 analysis • update and analyze monthly reports to identify sales and margin trends within the business.

• Discontinued Style/Sell Thru analysis • organize and run a monthly recurring meeting to review discontinued styles and recommend price reductions on inventory turns greater than 12 months.
Project support and ad hoc analysis • as needed, projects may include ROI analysis, profitability models, inventory analysis, etc.

Requirements/Qualifications/Experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably within FP&A and/or operational finance functions. Or Deal Desk expereince
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial software and systems, preferably NetSuite.
• World class organizational skills, a track record of process improvement success, and a strong desire to own and lead processes.

Education:
• BS in Finance or Accounting
