Sr Financial Analyst
Job Description
The Enterprise Sr Financial Analyst provides advanced financial analysis, planning, and strategic decision support across the organization. This role leads enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning efforts while partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align financial strategy with institutional priorities. The position applies complex financial modeling and analytical expertise to identify risks, opportunities, and performance trends that impact enterprise outcomes. The Enterprise Sr Financial Analyst also supports the optimization of financial processes and systems while ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive financial data.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Lead and support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning activities; perform ad-hoc analyses to inform business decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Serve as a key finance partner to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, aligning enterprise financial objectives with operational and strategic priorities.
- Perform complex, enterprise-level financial and performance analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations that support financial sustainability and growth.
- Drive continuous improvement of enterprise financial processes by identifying opportunities for standardization, automation, and optimization of financial systems and analytical tools.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and governance of enterprise financial data, managing sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Exceptional ability to translate complex data into concise language for non-financial stakeholders and senior management. Demonstrated ability to work with minimal oversight and exercise high decision-making authority. Expert-level Excel and familiarity with ERP systems. Adheres to timelines and deadlines; maintains confidentiality. Coordinates and assumes other duties or special projects as assigned or directed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education - Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
Education - Preferred
Experience - Required
- 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, with a proven track record of handling increased responsibility.
